At the heart of the MGSUser platform is the WebUserManual directory. Here you will find the definitive reference for the MissionOS system. The MGSUser channel is accessed by the MissionOS User directly from the system portal.
Each WebUserManual (WUM) is centered on a specific topic or aspect of MissionOS, varying from the very basic ways to start using the system, through to more complex and advanced subjects.
The MGSUser directory starts with essential background information About MissionOS, and then leads in a logical progression through a variety of topics for Basic Users, such as; Log-In & Password settings, Help Desk, User Interface, Graphing, to AAA Data and the key functionalities of the Dashboard.
The Data Manager section then takes the more Advanced Users through more detailed and complex subjects such as Instrumentation, Construction and System Management.
By taking a step-by-step methodical approach, with numerous system screenshots highlighting the key-points along the way, the WUM quickly becomes an invaluable point of reference to the MissionOS User.
To compliment the well established WebUserManual library, we’ve now created a new MGSUser Video channel which is also accessed by MissionOS Users directly from the system portal. So now there will be a video equivalent being produced for each WUM with Call-outs, Highlights, Voice-overs and Subtitle narrative, explaining each step in the process of discovery. Every video is also bookmarked for even quicker access.
As with the WebUserManuals, each WebUserVideo (WUV) is centered on a specific topic or aspect of MissionOS, varying from the very basic ways to start using the system, through to more complex and advanced subjects.
The MGSUser videos are grouped in Playlists so the user can easily navigate through a topic and there are links to the next suggested videos to watch in the Playlist embedded at the end of each one.
We’re adding to the MGSUser Video library all the time, so MissionOS Users have direct access to the very latest features and capabilities of the system, as new updates and versions are released.
We also feature Video Shorts, which as the name implies, are short, snippets taken from the longer WUV versions, for a more direct, focused solution.
In this MGSUser sample WebUserVideo, we show you how to “Log In to MissionOS”…This example is taken from the General Use playlist and is one of a number, designed to take new MissionOS Users, step-by-step through the system, from initial Set-Up, the Interface and Admin Tools.
